His passion for his job led him to explore and experience every sector of the industry. This way, he acquired the knowledge and the understanding of what it takes, to be the best. We have witnessed, for instance, that Moe is not afraid to take off his suit to help the housekeeping staff clean up a furnished apartment. There are stories about him, involving himself in nearly every activity of Grand Quarters. Moe Mahmoodian knows, what clients are looking for when booking an apartment. So, he also took on a large part of renovating and designing every serviced apartment.
If a guest is unhappy about a situation, Moe takes the opportunity and speaks directly with the client, to make sure that the issue is solved immediately in the best way. He says that most of his frequently returning clients are the one that had an issue during their first day or had a special request.
